Truck for property / down payment? (Jacksonville)

I have a pretty damn nice truck it has tons of updates from the engine compartment to the rotors to tires all new everything I'm not kidding and I have a whole new front end strut parts that I purchased 14 piece by the way the truck only has just over 128,000 miles.
I need a place to call home and start over bust everything and this is what I have please don't try to browbeat me I don't care if it's just a flat piece of land or if it has some other structure on it I appreciate it
