Room wanted for a short time (Jacksonville, FL)

I need urgently a room from April 10 till May 01.
Quiet, clean, no smoking, no drinking.
NO CARPET, only wood, vinyl or tile.
I have no stuff, only two suitcases and my car.
I am very clean, like cooking, so kitchen facilities are appreciated.
I have good references that I can send you if you want them.
