Retired teacher wants a room for one month (preference Jacksonville South)

Retired male teacher and world traveler wants a very quiet and clean room with wifi and kitchen facilities for one month from April 03 to May 03 and maybe two weeks longer, Jacksonville, or St Johns (Old St Augustine Road), preferable south of the city and west of the I-95, but other locations will be considered as long as it is a QUIET and safe area.
No drugs, no smoking, no alcohol.
(flour: vinyle or tiles, NO CARPET) I’m looking to pay between $ 700-$900.
