Looking for Room to rent (Southside)

My name is Ryan and I’m looking for room to rent.
I’m from Jacksonville, and will be moving back there from Buffalo towards the beginning of March to be closer to my son.
I can possibly be there earlier if need be.
I have a job I will be transferring with.
Looking for something in Southside area not too far from Town Center.
Looking between $500-$800 a month but can be flexible.
