Looking for a real sisterhood in the future (Jacksonville)

Female late 20s looking to cohabitate with women my own age.
I'm an introvert with kinda dark sense of humor, artistic and like horror movies.
I cannot be the only one living with toxic family out of necessity because of this economy.
I want to create a safe space.
I want to rent a one bedroom apt with two other women long term.
No pets but 420 friendly.
