As An Entry Level Customer Support Agent, You Will Be:
* Assisting customers in person with a friendly, approachable demeanor to improve customer satisfaction and increase customer retention
* Building value to our clients services by educating their customers on auto glass options, repairs and replacements
* Comparing and optimizing solutions to meet customer’s needs and documenting all auto glass damage in order to prepare report for the insurance claim
* Keeping in contact with customers over the phone to confirm transactions are completed and installation dates are set
* Training with the upper management team on a daily basis to ensure knowledge of client’s promotions, products, sales, and structure is updated and retained
* Collaborating as a team with fellow Customer Support, Sales, and Leadership members to exceed client’s projected goals
