*Job Description:* We are seeking a customer-focused, detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Customer Service Administrative Assistant to join our team.
This position will interact with customers via phone and email to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction, and will provide support for the sales and operations team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, a friendly demeanor, and a passion for providing exceptional service to our customers.

*Responsibilities:* * Answer all incoming customer calls and e-mails in a polite and professional manner * Gather and record customer information and requirements into our CRM system * Answer and resolve customer questions * Schedule sales appointments and service delivery teams * Monitor customer orders throughout the process to ensure quality service * Maintain and update our filing system * Perform simple accounts payable and invoicing duties * Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer needs are met * Other duties as requested *Requirements:* * High School diploma or equivalent * Administrative and/or customer service experience * Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills * Attention to detail and problem-solving skills * Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, and able to learn new systems * Strong organization and time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment * Positive attitude * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Senior industry experience is a plus * Logistics/relocation experience is a plus * Must have hardware and phone to be able to work from home when needed *Schedule:* * Part-time position, two to three 8-hour days per week * Can consider mornings or afternoons, 5 days per week * Monday-Friday *Benefits:* * Competitive hourly wage * Access to group health insurance * Positive and supportive work environment * Work for a company that has a positive impact *How to Apply:* Please include a cover letter with your resume outlining your qualifications, availability, and desired hourly wage.
