Customer Service/Maintenance Tech

Reports To SHOP MANAGER/GM/OFFICE STAFF Job Overview Providing proficient customer service with a positive attitude.
Maintaining a presentable work environment/rental yard.
Occasional delivery of equipment for those who meet our insurance requirements.
Responsibilities and Duties Provide excellent customer service Welcome customers and address them as they enter the rental yard Load and unload rental equipment/tools from customers vehicle Maintain a clean and orderly work space/rental yard Service, clean and refuel equipment as it comes back from rental Occasionally deliver or pickup equipment(For those who meet our insurance guidelines) Requirements: Qualifications Preferred customer Service experience Ability to work in different climates Availability to adapt to different circumstances and challenges Must have problem solving skills Must be able to lift 60 or more pounds Must listen and work well with other teammates
