Neurotech NA Inc, the manufacturer of a market-leading medical device, is looking to add an *Order Conversion Specialist* to our team.
This is not a call center position - you would be a key member of our team, interacting with patients, distributors, healthcare providers and vendors, and delivering on our corporate mission of providing "VIP Customer Care".

Your professional interpersonal skills need to be exceptional, with proven customer care and soft sales skills.
You also need to be able to learn and master new systems and processes quickly, while adhering to our corporate Quality Management Systems and Compliance Policies.
*Duties and Responsibilities:*
* Process inbound order files from sales representatives into the Brightree system.
* Build relationships with external sales representatives including provision of routine status reports and timely response to any incoming queries.
* Verify insurance benefits and obtain authorizations from payors as needed.
* Ensure all documentation is collected according to the company’s policy for file billing and maintain accurate records and notes in Brightree billing system.
* Provide support concerning devices, accessories, and supplies for reps, patients and healthcare providers.
* Manage assigned WIP orders to ensure accurate and timely billing.
* Handle inbound and outbound calls to patients, payors, reps and prescribers in a timely, polite manner – keeping VIP customer service front of mind at all times
* Collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous process improvements.
* Adhere to all policies and procedures to ensure the Company’s compliance with all local and national regulatory requirements – including but not limited to HIPAA, HQAA/Medicare, FDA and any other regulatory requirements.

*Qualifications:*
Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Business, General Studies, Marketing or Science.
2-3 years medical device billing or customer service experience preferred.
