ZOHO CRM TRAINER (Southside)

I need someone who uses Zoho to track their sales through the entire sales process from lead to deal.
I am using the Zoho CRM, mostly as just a database.
I am looking for someone to help me to use my Zoho as a true deal tracking tool.
I put in the information into leads, or my site feeds the information in, then I sometimes make calls through the system.
Then in short order I am trying to remember what we talked about, which leads are hot or not, what looks like it might close someday, and what my next steps are.
Basically, I am not using the CRM at all other than the data.
So I need someone who can sit with me and walk me through how to take a deal of start to finish and stay on top of it all along the way.
