CADD Drafter

CADD Drafter Location: Jacksonville, FL, 32207 Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Underground CADD Drafter with expertise in Autodesk Civil3D to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in accurately documenting and drafting as-built plans for underground civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities: Generate accurate as-built plans for underground civil projects, including utilities, pipelines, tunnels, and other subterranean structures.
Ensure drawings reflect the actual construction and installation, including deviations from original plans.
Utilize Autodesk Civil3D software to create, modify, and maintain 2D and 3D models for underground infrastructure.
Expertise in utilizing Civil3D tools for surface modeling, grading, and design.
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and field personnel to gather data and verify as-built information.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate documentation.
Conduct thorough reviews of as-built drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
Stay up-to-date with local, state, and federal regulations governing underground construction and drafting requirements.
Ensure as-built documentation meets all regulatory and permitting requirements.
Stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices in underground civil drafting and Autodesk Civil3D to enhance productivity and accuracy.
Qualifications: Experience in Civil and Survey Drafting preferred.
Proficiency in Autodesk Civil3D software Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
