About the role
As a Network Analyst, you’ll help develop new fintech products that will change the way the world pays, banks and invests.
This could involve working with bleeding edge technology while coding, implementing, maintaining and supporting software applications.
About the team
The team focusses on support and maintenance of multi-tier applications and its infrastructure.
Involved in development of IT Infrastructure projects within FIS.
The infrastructure of information technology comprises of hardware systems, operating systems, software, network connections, servers, etc.

What you will be doing
Be a quick learner & flexible to support FIS applications.
Analyzes problem, document & communicates resolution and conduct follow up.
Escalates problems to appropriate teams / management for any ongoing issues.
Mitigate issues & identify RCA.
(proactive & automate)
Understand SLA & work accordingly.
This is 24x7 support with on-call support model which includes weekend on call rotation.
Represents team on cross-functional teams for production, support and development activities.
• Coding, debugging, implementing, and maintaining software applications.
• Maintaining and integrating new application components.
• Perform upgrades and buildouts to latest version of application infrastructure components.
• Handle Disaster recovery and Auto failover procedures.
• Ensuring deployment of system improvements.
What you bring
• A bachelor’s in computer science or information systems.
• Knowledge of modern, end-to-end systems development life cycles.
• Proficiency in business modeling and requirements definition disciplines.
• JAVA and LINUX based applications.
• Unix/Linux based applications and commands.
• Angular JS, Node JS, Spring boot, Angular Responsive UI Framework.
• Oracle & SQL Server Database.
• WebSphere 9, JBOSS, OpenShift Container management.
• Performance tuning.
• Bit Bucket, JENKINS, REST Webservices.
• Networking/load balancer concepts.
• Application change assessment and validation during change windows
• Analyze Application logs, troubleshoot issues, determine action, and ensure -Application Environments work smoothly.
• Ticketing Management environment (Incident Ticket, Problem ticket, Change ticket and Service Request.
)
