Our Shipping/Assembly Associates are pivotal in making sure our customers receive personalized products in a timely manner.
That's where you come in.
You must be detail-oriented, and hopefully have experience working in a fast-paced environment.
You will create accurate shipping documentation and operate labeling equipment to ensure products are shipped according to the order specifications and production schedules.
What you'll do: * Produce invoice and label generation at billing.
* Process Snag Flo and Bin Control * Bin Auditing * Quality Control/Quality Audits * Process Return Shipments * Process Stock Transfer Orders * Create shipping documentation.
* Process address corrections * Route outgoing shipments through various vendors * Communicate accurate order/shipment information.
* Sort, prioritize, and complete work orders according to production schedules.
* Assemble, package and ship orders as needed.
* Examine assembled items to ensure defect-free shipments.
* Analyze work orders for special assembly instructions and customization.
Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
