JOB DUTIES: Responsible for building the necessary data pipelines that meet the needs for various data products for our Provider and Life Science business teams.
Support the migration of data pipelines from an on-premises Oracle Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) to Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Support Business Intelligence/Analytics with the understanding of business, data requirements and iteratively design visualizations for initial concepts and prototypes that can be presented to customers and perform detailed data analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional agile teams of software engineers, data engineers, ML experts, and others in building new product features.
Identify analytics needs, develop technical capabilities map, and drive platform Reference Architectures.
Conduct hands-on Python programming, focusing on ETL/ELT workflows and data-driven solutions.
Employ design patterns and generalize code to address common use cases.
Build and automate visual analytics in data visualization tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
Monitor the code and overall application to maintain seamless performance and adherence to key quality metrics and SLAs.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field of study and Three (3) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
Applicants must have demonstrated experience with:
Reporting Tools: Tableau and Power BI;
Databases: Oracle, SQL Server, and Teradata;
Cloud Experience: Azure Cloud Solution design and development;
Programming Languages: PySpark, Scala, SQL, PL/SQL, C, Java, UNIX, and Python;
Data retrieval skills with multiple database platforms, analytics, and query engines- Oracle and MS SQL Server; and
On-Premise and Cloud (Azure and Google Cloud) technologies.
OFFERED WAGE: $95,100 - $158,500/year
