BizEx will ensure the business process leverages the best possible technology available to ensure LoanCare stays ahead of our competition.
Responsibilities: Support the business process reengineering efforts that assess, design, deploy and monitor optimized business processes using an agile mindset that streamlines existing processes through simplification, standardization, and automation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and SMEs in business and technology.
Conduct process analysis, data collection, and feedback from stakeholders to identify and analyze the efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance of current processes.
Document business process requirements and process diagram flow, review business policy and procedure documentation, and review with stakeholders.
Facilitate, document, and coordinate follow up activities of redesign meetings.
Support communication of the team's vision, progress, and indicators of success.
Prepare and present reports on project status, improvements achieved, and future recommendations to leadership with an executive presence.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Finance, Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related discipline.
3+ years of relevant experience in financial services, operations, processing engineering, or consulting.
2+ years of experience working in the financial services industry, especially in the mortgage loan servicing industry, is a plus.
Experience with data and technological solutions such as business process workflow automation, intelligent automation (RPA), machine learning, and AI.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
