*Compensation and Benefits:*
* Competitive pay of $17-$19 per hour gross before taxes

*How it works:*
* TLC contacts you with open Elder Care or Childcare shifts.
* We reach out to you regarding the available shift, you take the shift/s if it works for you.
(Like a Substitute Teacher)
* The job requires driving 10 to 15 miles from your location
*Schedule:*
* Have at least 2 to 5 full weekdays of availability (Monday through Friday)
* Most shifts are between 7am/8am to 5pm/6pm
*Example shifts: *
8:00 am to 6:00 pm
7:30 am to 5:30 pm
*Requirements:*
* At least 18 years old
* Savvy Communicator: You're a digital communicator extraordinaire, comfortable using SMS to keep us in the loop regarding your availability.
* *MUST* have 2 child care references outside your family whom we can speak with
* Have verifiable experience working as a nanny, babysitter, day care provider, or teacher
* *Driver's license & a vehicle is required*
* Comfortable using texting as a main form of communication
* Must be able to commit a minimum of 3 months to this program
*If Hired:*
* Must be able to provide legal work status in the US
* Must have or get Child, Infant & Adult CPR and First Aid certification *BEFORE *employment
* Will complete an online Orientation to help you be the best Nanny you can be

* Must have or get Child, Infant & Adult CPR and First Aid certification within a BEFORE employment
* Will complete an online Orientation to help you be the best caregiver you can be
