It is time for me to retire and I am selling my unique business of manufacturing and selling ART ON TILE MURALS.
This is a turn-key operation - full manufacturing line with all required equipment and resources to create these unique and durable TILE MURALS at a large scale.
It can fit and run inside of a SMALL, ONE CAR GARAGE like I currently operate in.
All of the equipment is old but still works perfectly because all of it is Industrial/Commercial grade equipment - not hobby level/consumer level equipment.
This equipment was designed to process Thousands of units per month but as a one man operation I have processed only ~5% of what the equipment was designed to handle - so basically, its "low mileage".
The technical term for this manufacturing process is "Sublimation Printing" - where you print whatever image you would like onto a special paper that holds these inks and then you use a heat press to stamp/transfer these inks onto the ceramic tiles beneath.
The tiles that absorb these inks to become tile art have to first be coated with a special coating that makes it ready to accept the inks - 99% of sublimation businesses in the USA purchase these pre-coated tiles for expensive prices from overseas manufacturers, but not this business - included with this business sale is a spray booth to apply the coatings and a large conveyor belt driven pizza style oven to then bake the inks onto the tiles.
You could make an entire business just selling the pre-coated tiles alone to other sublimation businesses.
I also designed a unique hanging system that brings these separate tiles together onto one backing with hangers so customers can hang the finished product like a painting - behind their stoves as a backsplash, in their shower areas, outdoors in the patio area, or anywhere else.
The sale of this business will also include a few hours of my time as a consultant to help you set up the equipment and learn the business and the manufacturing process.

The sales potential is unlimited - Street Fairs, Home Decor Stores, Etsy, Amazon, Ebay, etc.
My primary method of sales came from going to the same street fair every Saturday and Sunday - this was enough to provide me a living for the past 26 years.
Just google "Florida Arts and Crafts Fairs 2024" and see how many different fairs there are scheduled for almost every weekend of the year.
My son later set up an online Etsy webstore where I sold $8,600 in 13 months without doing any work.
