This bed came off of a 2003 F150 7700 truck, it is royal blue and is in excellent shape, looks like new, it had white pinstripes all the way around the top of the bed but mostly gone now.
My understanding is that it fits 2001 & 2002 as well, might fit others, the tailgate and lights are included, plastic top protectors all the way around the bed, plastic protectors on the bottom of bed panels behind each wheel, I bought it thinking it would fit on my F350 but it didn't work, bolt holes in the wrong places, you would actually think this bed was only a couple of years old instead of 21 years old, come take it home for $1500
